1. Service Description
HyperSchool provides a SaaS platform for school administration, including attendance, fee management, exams, and communication.
2. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for use by educational institutions, their staff, students, and parents/guardians, acting through an authorized school account.
3. Account Responsibility
Schools are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under their account.
4. Subscription & Payment
Access to paid features requires an active subscription. Fees are billed as per the plan selected at checkout, processed securely via Razorpay.
5. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, or violate applicable laws (including data protection laws relating to minors).
6. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, branding, and software are owned by Hyperschool Private Limited and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
HyperSchool is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss due to user error, or third-party service interruptions (e.g., internet outages).
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, non-payment, or misuse.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Jalgaon courts.
