Data of Minors
Since our platform is used in school environments, it may process data relating to students under 18. This data is provided and controlled by the school (the account holder), and we act as a data processor on the school’s behalf. We do not knowingly sell or share student data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:
- Payment processors (Razorpay) to complete transactions
- Cloud/hosting providers strictly for service delivery
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics) to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use our website
- Authorities, if legally required
Data Security
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect data. No system is 100% secure, and we encourage schools to use strong passwords and role-based access.
Data Retention
We retain data for as long as a school’s account is active, plus 6 months after termination for legal/backup purposes, unless deletion is requested earlier.
